Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all pet apparel is free of fur and all protective tags remain intact.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
